INSTITUTO TEOLÓGICO DEL GREAT COMMISSION COLLEGE

Visión, Misión, y Metas / Vision, Mission, and Goals

Our Vision: To advance the Kingdom of God on earth by equipping men and women who are committed to becoming experts and practitioners of the Scriptures. And also, to provide a comprehensive foundation in the Word of God in order to activate and strengthen ministries.

Our Mission: Making and multiplying disciples and ministers of the Gospel (Mathew 28:19)

Scriptural Basis: “All Scripture is God-breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

Our Method: To cultivate each student’s potential so that God’s purpose for their life may be fulfilled, through investigative, hermeneutical, and systematic study of the Bible and related disciplines.

The curriculum of our three-year program includes introductory, intermediate, and advanced courses in biblical studies and behavioral sciences, which inform the practice of Christian Counseling and Pastoral Care. Study materials are developed using the Bible, the Institute’s research, and additional studies and publications from reputable sources, all of which are made available for verification and further study.

Our Class Schedule: The Institute offers four ten-week sessions per year, each consisting of three courses each. The three-year program includes 36 courses: 30 required and 6 electives. Instruction is available in person during weekdays and weekends, and online as well, in both English and Spanish.
